Changing your Password

​

1. Click on my details in the toolbar .

2. Enter your new password in both Password and Confirm Password.

3. Click on the Submit button .

If the password is changed then you will be required to use your new password at the next login to the RAP system. Your password will not be displayed in either of the boxes, instead a series of dots will be shown.

Notes

​

• Your password must conform to any password policies which have been set.

• If you have forgotten your password and require a password reset then you should contact your administrator. They will not be able to tell you your old password, but they will be able to set a new password which you must then change to ensure no-one can use your account.
