Introduction

Pressing the reporting icon takes you into another area of the RAP system where you can create and view reports, graphs and Excel spreadsheets.

Reports open a new window - either a web page or in Excel.

Reports produced by RAP do not print automatically. You can use the print icon on the browser toolbar to print reports to your chosen printer.

RAP uses the printers defined within your Windows session, so there is no special setup or configuration that needs to be done before you can print reports.

Once in Excel they can be manipulated, saved and printed as with any other spreadsheet.

Clicking the  link in the toolbar will automatically run the report applicable to the section of the site you are currently in.
