Bug Fix

[Bug Fix] Help prompts for new users were unresponsive – resulting in cluttered screens.  This has now been fixed so they appear only when your mouse hovers over the appropriate area on the screen..  they will now disappear when mouse is moved.

[Bug Fix] Deletion of Keywords.  Users can add key words to the organisation hierarchy to help order and manage specific areas of risks.  Once the key word was added to the organisation it was not possible to delete the keyword.  This has now been fixed.

Bug Fix] When deleting a control it was not possible to submit the change via the submit button.  This has now been corrected and once submitted, the control will be deleted from the risk record

Feature

[Feature] When creating a control, the assigned to field now defaults to the user who created the control. The drop down menu can be used to change the person the control is assigned to if required.

Bug Fix

[Bug Fix] We have fixed the issue with showing inactive users.  Previously, selecting to show inactive users did not commit when selecting the “apply” button in the maintenance /people menu.  This is now fixed and inactive users will display in the user list of the maintenance screens.

[Bug Fix] We have fixed an issue with notification of overdue actions not sending messages to risk owner.  This is now resolved.  If notifications are turned on by your administrator, an email will be sent to the risk owner if an action due date is passed without the action being closed.

[Bug Fix] Latest Updates now shows last 5 updates – Previously Latest Updates only showed an update for 6 months, and then it was removed. We have updated this so users see the last 5 updates regardless of dates. All updates will also be available to view on the RAP User Support Guide

[Bug Fix] Maintenance Screens (Affects Admins only) – When selecting Organisational Units or sub Units in the Maintenance list, the main screen will update to show the selected unit and any sub units. This will assist Admins to locate and update specific organisational areas

Risk updater added.

[Feature]  An additional role has been added to a risk to allow for the owner to delegate risk updates to another user.  To enable this feature the administrator will need to update the risk settings.

​

[Feature]  Custom skins may now include a company logo which appears at the top of reports.  Please contact support if you wish to take advantage of this feature.

Activity dates in risk header bar.

[Feature]  When viewing or editing an individual risk you will now see that dates that the risk was last viewed and updated in the header bar.

[Feature]  A new control list has been added, which can be accessed from the side menu.

[Feature]  There is now a new report under the reporting menu which will show a list of controls matching the specified criteria.

[Feature]  The action list and its associated report may now be ordered by status.

[Feature]  The control type field will no longer be shown if it is not in use.  Previously a pick-list was shown containing only the value 'Default'.

Notification Updates, New Release Functionality & Bug Fixes.

[Feature]  We have introduced a feature to announce new system functionality and bug fixes to the users. A banner, which can be easily dismissed, will be shown to users each time a release of the RAP system is delivered, allowing both users and administrators to find new functionality and see when issues are addressed.

[Feature]  You may now accept all notifications at once by clicking the 'accept all' link in the header of the notifications section on your dashboard. This makes handling of notifications and alerts much quicker as individual notices do not have to be dismissed one by one.

​

[Bug Fix]  The risk list was resetting the selection criteria if you went into a risk and then back to the list. This was incorrect behaviour, and you will find list criteria settings are maintained in future

​

[Bug Fix]  The MI report had a fault in which the Prefix Code was not displayed in the organisation unit column. This has been addressed, and if you use Prefix Codes will find that these now display correctly.

Bug Fixes Only.

[Bug Fix]  There was an issue where the People breadcrumb under the Maintenance facility showed the text encoding instead of the formatted text. This has been fixed.

[Bug Fix]  There was an issue whereby changes made to an organisation unit by the administrator were not immediately being reflected in the system cache. This meant that users did not see the changes until they logged out and back in. The cache issue has been resolved.

New Notifications & Updates.

[Feature]  The system will now notify risk owner if an action completed. This notification is enabled by default but can be disabled via the system settings under the Maintenance facility.

[Feature]  The system will notify a risk owner if an action is delayed. This notification is enabled by default but  can be disabled via the system settings under the Maintenance facility.

​

[Feature]  Notifications are now produced by default on all controls, in addition to actions. The use of these notifications can be controlled via the system settings under the Maintenance facility.

​

[Feature]  An additional 'Closed' status hs been introduced into RAP. All existing risks which were marked as 'Closed' will now be marked as 'Closed (Mitigated)'. In future, users will have the choice of closing a risk with a status of 'Closed (Mitigated)' or 'Closed (Impacted)'.

[Feature]  A new feature has been introduced to display the descriptive impact instead of the score within risk lists and risk impact screens.  This is disabled by default but the administrator can enable it by going into the Maintenance facility and then Settings.

[Feature]  The notificaitons panel on the dashboard has had the date column removed to improve the overall look & spacing of the panel.

[Feature]  In the employee maintenance section, we have added a 'Reset password' link to the employee list. This allows an administrator to quickly force a password reset for a user

​

[Feature]  We have added a 'Change password' link to user menu, which speeds up the process of changing your password at any time.

​

[Bug Fix]  The login would clear the user name when an incorrect password was entered. This has been fixed so that the user name is not removed, thereby speeding up the login process.

[Feature]  In previous releases, notification emails would be sent to a user, even if they were disabled in the system. Now, notifications are only sent only sent to active users.

[Bug Fix]  The Notification template maintenance screens shouldn't show codes.

​

[Feature]  Notifications should not be sent for an action which is marked as completed at the point it is created, as there is no need for further action by the user. The system has been changed to recognise this.
